Staying true to our family's recipe, we bake our wholesale bread just as our dad did when he opened up the Long Island Lakewood Bakery. Our timeless recipes have been passed down for generations and haven't changed since 1969.
We are Kosher Certified (KOF-K) which means you can always trust our breads & pastries are baked to the highest of standards. Not only are we Kosher Certified, but all of our wholesale bread is Trans-Fat Free so you know your convenience store, food establishment, or restaurant is continually providing the finest of baked goods on long island.

Our wholesale bakery has served Long Island for over 40 years
Everyday our wholesale bakery makes a variety of long island classics from our signature kaiser rolls to our country bread loafs. Our long island classic favorites are our french bread, gourmet hamburger rolls (chili rolls), kaiser rolls, hero bread and sliced bread loafs, but you can also order many specialty breads such as our famous pretzel rolls, texas toast or rye bread to our delicious breakfast pastries. Since 1968, our wholesale bakery has been using the same traditional recipe, using fresh ingredients and truly taking the time to prepare all of our breads to the highest of long island island standards. Our wholesale bread has grown so popular, that we distribute to New Jersey & Connecticut and as far south as Florida direct from bakery on long island.
