HOW TO STORE OUR WHOLESALE BREAD
Helpful tips on storing, refreshing, and freezing to always serve great bread
Storing the bread at room temperature
You can keep our wholesale bread crispy on the outside and soft on the inside but storing at room temperature. Simply place the bread in a paper bag and if cut, make sure the cut side faces down on a hard surface such as a counter or shelf.
Refreshing the bread in an oven
You can refresh any of our breads by baking them in the oven at 400°F for 6-8 minutes (or until desired texture), just make sure to lightly mist the top of the bread with water before baking.
Freezing Bread
Before freezing, make sure the bread is wrapped in plastic food wrap, then wrap in a layer of foil. Our bread freezes great and can be thawed out at room temperature and refreshed as directed above.
